    I'm guessing the Pacific Northwest, Washington perhaps. My birthday is Thursday, so happy birthday to a fellow Libra.

    My husband's birthday was Saturday, son in law's today and granddaughter #2 tomorrow. I agree must be Pacific Northwest.

    I think you're in the Smoky Mountains. I've been there many times and remember it being called the salamander capital of the US. But never heard anything about lichens, though. But it wouldn't surprise me considering it seemed like it rained every time we went.

    Happy Happy Birthday!! I guess someplace woodsy, warm and wet for lichens and salamanders. Pretty room looks all back woods...maybe Alabama or Georgia. Where ever you are have a great time!
