We’ve already done the gobbling part — Thanksgiving dinner is history (boiled shrimp fresh from the docks, collard greens, green bean casserole, sweet potatoes, and pie). But there’s still time to wish all our fellow American friends and family a
Happy Thanksgiving!
And if you’re not an American celebrating Thanksgiving,
count your blessings and have a happy Thursday anyway!
Have a great and safe day.

I hope all the US citizens who are flying all over the US for family
reunions are sensible, spreading Covid is not advisable.

Home from our Thanksgiving dinner with our bubble - daughter and family. It was lovely. Haven't really had contact with anyone else since moving here other than doctors and dentists and that was with lots of precautions.
ReplyDeleteSpoke with other daughter and her family over zoom too. They were having lamb. We had turkey.
Happy Thanksgiving! Your meal sounds really good. I love all the old cards.
ReplyDeleteHope all is ok in your house and have a great day.

ReplyDeleteA very very blessed and healthy Thanksgiving to you!
ReplyDeleteIt was not even Thanksgiving here, but I had a happy day anyway. i had my winter tyres installed. How exciting is that? And I bought a piece of a good Danish Fontina cheese and some lovely water biscuits, and Miriam and I enjoyed them with a robust Italian red wine before dinner. New tyres, red wine and cheese! Whoopee!
